Healthy London Healthy Relationships prevention pioneer Ilana Hutchinson will unpack the infamous elephant in the classroom – Andrew Tate.
This event is a must-attend for educators, parents, and anyone interested in learning more about how a #wholeschoolapproach can dismantle attitudes and beliefs such as his to end #VAWG.
Ilana Hutchinson is the Schools Manager at Jewish Women’s Aid and has pioneered the organisation’s healthy relationships and consent education programme at Jewish schools and mainstream schools with a significant Jewish student population. A qualified and experienced school teacher and informal educator with over 20 years of experience, she leads JWA’s school programme, reaching over 3,000 students and professionals each year. She has co-developed a Whole School Approach to sexual violence prevention working with a whole school community to build a consent culture. She has recently designed a peer leadership programme to equip key students with the knowledge and skills to educate younger students and empower them to make a difference. Ilana is a passionate educator committed to improving the lives of young people. She is a youth mental health first aider and a proud feminist.
