AVA is a feminist charity committed to ending violence against women and girls. As a small but growing charity we are looking to recruit to a new role of Business Support Manager. This part time role is ideal for an organised administrator who would enjoy working collaboratively with a small, committed and friendly team. You will need experience of HR policies and processes, and be able to set up and maintain organisational systems for us. In return we can offer a friendly feminist workplace, and the knowledge that you would be making a real difference to end violence against women and girls.
At AVA, we strive to improve services for survivors through our learning, resources and consultancy, and end violence against women and girls through our policy, research and prevention work. We have specific expertise on Multiple Disadvantage & Children and Young People.
We are looking for someone to work 21 hours (3 days) a week and is office based from our office in Vauxhall, London. Working days will agreed on appointment.
The salary is £37,412 (pro rata).
