AVA, in partnership with Universities UK and the NUS, are looking to develop an impact assessment matrix tool to help universities assess their progress in adopting the “Changing the Culture” framework. The 2016 Universities UK report on sexual harassment, Changing the Culture, highlighted the excellent work by universities across the U.K. to address sexual harassment and misconduct. However, the report also showed that institutions could be more systematic in their approaches.
Key requirements of contractor:
(1) Facilitate first workshop with partners on 21 November, and then facilitate 3 more workshops, one before each iteration (scope to have more if needed).
(2) Design matrix tool
(3) Development matrix tool, including any back end feature if needed
(4) Deliver a working tool for testing
(5) Adapt tool after user testing if needed.
We want to design this tool in user centered way and therefore want to approach it using an agile approach. We therefore have not set out detailed features as this will be decided in each iteration.
The Matrix tool will be launched in September 2020. Total budget for this work is £10,000.
