To support you, we have created this resource hub with information, toolkits, guidance and advice around supporting survivors during Covid-19, and managing your own wellbeing at the same time.
Navigating the hub:
This hub is split into three sections.
- Supporting Survivors provides various resources for best supporting your clients and signposting them on to specialised support.
- Supporting Yourself provides resources, toolkits and videos around managing secondary trauma, supporting yourself and self-care.
- Supporting Each Other provides a space for you to share links, tips and advice around self-care and wellbeing.
