The COVID-19 pandemic forced many of us to change the ways we work. Over the past two years, we learned that there is much more to digital working than just using emails and writing reports. We swapped physical whiteboards and in-person meetings for equivalent digital tools, moving the work from the physical world to the digital. However, working digitally comes with its own challenges, especially for frontline organisations.
This training is designed to provide organisations and practitioners with tools and resources to work effectively in a digital setting whilst placing the safety of service users at the heart of it. The training will also provide insight into the risks of online harm when working with survivors of abuse and provide practical resources to address those risks.
