We have been supporting and training Citizens Advice advisers to identify instances of gender and domestic abuse with a simple but sensitive approach during unaccompanied face-to-face advice sessions.
The staff and volunteers are then able to provide support and advice to those who are experiencing, or have experienced, any instances of such abuse.
