Open College Network London accreditation
AVA has been accredited by the Open College Network London (OCN London) since 2010. OCN London offers a national qualification where learner achievement is recognised through credit based units and qualifications. OCN London is regulated by Ofqual and the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA).

Working with People Affected by Domestic and/or Sexual Violence and Problematic Substance Use
This 5 day course has been created to give learners an overview of the main areas of learning needed to work effectively with survivors and perpetrators of domestic and/or sexual violence. The course is relevant for any practitioner whose work brings them into contact with survivors or perpetrators of domestic and sexual violence, who may also be affected by problematic substance use.
Working with Children and Young People Exposed to Violence Against Women and Girls
This 5 day course will equip you with an in-depth understanding of the issues related to children and young people exposed to domestic violence and related violence against women and girls in order that you may work more effectively in your role.
It is aimed at professionals wishing to deepen and consolidate their understanding of the issues with which they work and gain a formal accreditation equivalent to A-level standard.
Meeting the Mental Health Needs of Domestic and Sexual Violence Survivors
This 3 day course has been created to give learners an overview of the main areas of learning needed to work effectively with survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence who are experiencing mental ill-health. The course is relevant for any practitioner whose work brings them into contact with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, who may also be affected by mental ill-health.
