AVA offers courses accredited by the Open College Network London (OCN London) and by the CPD Standards Office.
Open College Network London accreditation
AVA has been accredited by the Open College Network London (OCN London) since 2010. OCN London offers a national qualification where learner achievement is recognised through credit based units and qualifications. OCN London is regulated by Ofqual and the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA).
The following AVA courses have been accredited by OCN London. If you would like to talk to us about our OCN courses, please complete our training enquiry form.

We are proud to announce that we are now accredited by the CPD Standards Office. This means that we can offer CPD points for specific AVA courses. We ran our first CPD accredited course on 1 December 2016 and are planning more.
Our Complicated Matters course is CPD accredited and future CPD accredited courses will include:
- Working with children, young people and families who have experienced domestic and/or sexual abuse
- Routine enquiry: supporting workers to ask about abuse
CPD accreditation can be included if we deliver the above courses in-house. If you would like CPD credits to be attached to any other AVA course please contact us.
